We start by understanding how you want to use your home.

3D DESIGN & VISUALISATION
Not everyone can understand a house from a 2D drawing.
That is why we develop the house in 3D.
You can see the height, windows, doors, furniture, lighting, materials and how the spaces actually feel before construction starts.
Once you understand and approve the design, we move forward.

ELEVATION & FACADE DESIGN
Once the planning and 3D development are approved, we develop the exterior character of your home.
We work on the elevation, proportions, openings, materials, colours and architectural details to create a facade that belongs to the house and the way it is planned.
THIS IS WHERE THE DESIGN BECOMES BUILDABLE.
A beautiful 3D view cannot build your house. Your contractor needs to know exactly what to build, where to build it and how different elements come together.
